Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders from Croatia to the following regions: Croatia, European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

1.Order processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Croatian public holidays).
Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1–2 business days to process and hand over to our delivery partners.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

2.Shipping regions, carriers and delivery times
All orders are shipped from Croatia. Delivery times below are estimates from the date of dispatch.

a) Croatia (domestic)
Carriers: GLS, DPD
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days from dispatch

b) European Union (excluding Croatia)
Regions: EU member states
Carriers: GLS, DPD, FedEx, DHL or UPS (selected based on destination, speed and service quality)
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days from dispatch

c) United Kingdom
Carriers: GLS, DPD, FedEx, DHL or UPS (selected based on deliverability and service quality)
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days from dispatch

d) United States
Carriers: FedEx, DHL, UPS or other express partners where appropriate
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days from dispatch

e) Canada
Carriers: FedEx, DHL, UPS or other express partners where appropriate
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days from dispatch

f) Australia and New Zealand
Carriers: FedEx, DHL, UPS or other express partners where appropriate
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days from dispatch

Please note:
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (for example customs processing, local carrier delays or weather).
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

3.Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight and/or order value.
Any available shipping options, including express services where offered, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

4.Customs, duties and taxes

a) Shipments within the European Union
Orders shipped within the EU generally are not subject to additional customs duties on arrival. Local VAT is applied according to applicable regulations.

b) Shipments outside the European Union (United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand)
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes and other charges once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount, as they vary by country and local regulations. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

5.Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel with the relevant carrier.

If you have not received tracking information within a reasonable time after your order confirmation, please contact us at hello@sopele.com with your order number.

6.Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of the parcel, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may:
• Offer to reship the order to a corrected address (additional shipping charges may apply), or
• Refund the order excluding the original shipping costs, once the parcel has been received back in good condition.

If you believe there is an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@sopele.com. We will do our best to assist, but cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order is in processing or has been dispatched.

7.Lost or significantly delayed shipments
If your order appears to be lost in transit or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@sopele.com with your order number and tracking details.

We will liaise with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or other resolution in line with our policies and carrier confirmation.

8.Shipping restrictions
We currently ship only to:
• Croatia
• European Union member states
• United Kingdom
• United States
• Canada
• Australia and New Zealand

If your country is not listed at checkout, we are unfortunately unable to ship there at this time. However, you can contact us at hello@sopele.com to check whether we can add your country or arrange a shipment on a case-by-case basis.
